New international trailer for Hammer Films' Let Me In

Let Me In posterThis year sees the release of the first production from newly-reformed British studio Hammer Films - Let Me In, the English-language remake of 2008's well-received Swedish vampire horror Låt den rätte komma in (Let The Right One In) and adapted from John Ajvide Lindqvist's 2004 novel of the same name.

Written and directed by Matt Reeves (Cloverfield), Let Me In stars Kodi Smit-McPhee (The Road) as Owen, a lonely twelve-year old social outcast who befriends his new neighbour, the mysterious Abby (Kick-Ass' Chloe Moretz), a frail and troubled child who only ever emerges from her apartment at night. Forming a bond with the kindred spirit, Owen soon has to confront the reality that the seemingly innocent Abby is actually a savage vampire responsible for a string of murders in the town.

In preparation for the film's European premiere on October 14th at the BFI London Film Festival, a new international trailer has been released which you can check out right here...

Let Me In is released in North America on October 1st, 2010 with a UK theatrical release following on November 5th.
