Online distributor IndiePix have today launched a major new subscription video on demand platform for independent films, IndiePix Unlimited. Offering access to over 200 independent titles (and growing to 500 by the summer), IndiePix Unlimited will feature premieres for recent Venice, Cannes, Tribeca, and Sundance award-winning films and filmmakers all for the princely sum of just $7.95 (that's less than a fiver in English money), and best of all it comes with one month's free trial!
We've had a quick look around the service and it all looks very good, with some interesting launch titles including award-winning dramas like Samson & Delilah (2009, dir. Warwick Thornton) and the BAFTA nominated Skeletons (2010, dir. Nick Whitfield) along with documentaries such as Candyman: The David Klein Story (read our review here). Of course, being an affiliate you probably don't want to take our word for it, but there's no harm in popping over and having a look for yourself...
And, while we're on the subject of IndiePix, if you're an independent filmmaker and struggling to find distribution through traditional methods, why not take a look at the criteria for submitting your film for consideration.
