Award-winning short Shooter available now through Indieflix

Shooter Ronnie B GoodwinIndependent filmmaker Ronnie B. Goodwin dropped us an email recently to let us know about his latest film Shooter, a rather impressive and thought-provoking short inspired by Ronnie’s own life experiences. It’s certainly an interesting piece, with some striking imagery and superb cinematography as we follow a weary and battle-hardened ex-soldier (Paul Hunter) through the mountains, lochs and forests of Scotland, torn between visions of the inhumanity of war and the natural beauty that surrounds him.

Shooter has enjoyed a number of successful screenings over the past two years, being part of the Official Selection at a host of festivals including Cannes Short Film Corner, Palm Springs International Short Fest and the Edinburgh International Film Festival. It also picked up the ‘Best in Fest’ award at the Swansea Bay Film Festival 2010 to add to its Best Short Film awards at The Heart of England International Film Festival, International Film Festival Ireland and International Film Festival South Africa in 2009.

Shooter is now available to purchase on DVD or VOD via Indieflix.com. For more information on the film and Ronnie's other projects be sure to visit his blog, which you can find here.
